By accessing or using Onca (“the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. These terms constitute a legal agreement between you and Onca (“we,” “us,” or “our”).

You must be at least 13 years old to use Onca. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this age requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into these terms.

3. Account Registration

To use certain features, you must create an account using Google OAuth or email/password. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately at support@useonca.com if you suspect unauthorized access.

4. The Service

Onca is a platform that helps users create and publish content across social media platforms using AI-powered tools. The Service includes:

• AI-assisted content generation (text, images, video).
• Integration with third-party social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, X, Reddit).
• Content scheduling, review, and publishing tools.
• Projects for organizing your work.

5. Your Content

You retain ownership of all content you create or upload to Onca. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to store, process, and transmit your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service (e.g., publishing to your connected social accounts).

You are solely responsible for:

• The content you create and publish through the platform.
• Ensuring your content complies with applicable laws and the terms of connected platforms.
• Any consequences of content published to your social media accounts.

6. AI-Generated Content

Content generated by our AI tools is provided as suggestions. You are responsible for reviewing, editing, and approving all content before publication. We do not guarantee that AI-generated content is accurate, original, or suitable for any particular purpose. You should not publish AI-generated content without reviewing it first.

7. Third-Party Platforms

Onca integrates with third-party social media platforms. Your use of those platforms is governed by their respective terms of service and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the actions, policies, or availability of third-party platforms. You may disconnect any linked account at any time through the integrations settings.

8. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose.
• Publish spam, misleading, or harmful content.
• Attempt to access other users’ accounts or data.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service.
• Use the Service to violate the terms of any connected platform.
• Automate access to the Service beyond its intended functionality.

9. Service Availability

Onca is currently in development and provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time without prior notice.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Onca shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of data, revenue, or reputation resulting from content published through the platform.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at our discretion, with or without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these terms or is harmful to other users or the Service. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting a notice on the platform or sending an email. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
